The Baroque church was destroyed in 1683 during the siege of Vienna by the Turkish troops,
but was later rebuilt in its current location. The church is historically very important and became very popular because of its black Madonna.
Several relicts and paintings serve as a reminder of the liberation from the Turkish troops.

The Stefanie lookout was named after Princess Stefanie and built in 1887. This is where the popular cog railway ended.

The Stefanie lookout is 22 meters high and can be visited from May until October.

The The Kahlenberg cemetary was built in 1783 right underneath the lookout of the Kahlenbergstraße.
